What you'll do?

• You'll learn and master all roles and positions at the Car Wash in order to properly train current and new team members.
• You'll be responsible for all aspects of operations and training for the Car Wash.
• You'll drive to make sure we are offering the  Prestige level of Customer Service in every Customer Interaction while maximizing efficiency.
• You'll promote a safe, clean and positive work environment, enforcing all federal, state and company safety policies and standards.
• You'll be managing the budget for all related materials, products and equipment including repair/replacement of equipment.
• You'll assist with monitoring car wash quality to Prestige standards and expectations.
• As well as any responsibilities that Prestige and its management team, deem necessary

What you'll need to bring?

• A minimum of 2-3 years in customer service-related Management is required.
• The ability to be a leader and take ownership. Always mentoring the next generation of leaders!
• Problem Solving and decision-making skills
• Good Communication and outgoing personality with excellent people skills!
• Good Time Management Skills!
• Basic Mechanical Skills and Computer Skills, including Microsoft Office, Car Wash Programs, HR and Maintenance software
• The ability to lift, push or carry more than 50lbs.
• A valid Driver's License
• Be coachable, eager to grow, and high energy
• Bi-Lingual (Spanish and/or Portuguese and English) is preferred

Things you need to know!

• You may be exposed to loud noises, wet and humid conditions (not related to weather).
• You may be exposed to outside weather conditions, severe cold, and/or hot and humid conditions.
• You'll be working continuously with moving mechanical parts.
• You may be exposed to fumes, airborne particles and or chemicals.
• The Schedule is usually an 8 to10 hour shift with the ability to work weekends as needed.
