About the Role:

FreshTax is growing, and we’re hiring Client Intake Specialists to be the first point of contact for individuals seeking help with IRS tax debt. Every lead you speak with has already reached out to us—there’s no cold calling.

Your job is to gather key information, qualify each client’s situation, and set them up for success with our Resolution Team. If you’re coachable, positive, and ready to make an impact, this is a great way to start a rewarding career in the tax resolution industry.

Work Environment:

• Location: 100% on-site at our Santa Ana, CA headquarters.
• Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week.
• We pride ourselves on a collaborative, high-energy, in-person culture.

Compensation:

• Base Pay: $17.00 per hour.
• Commission: Top performers average $8,000 – $15,000 per month.
• Annual Earnings Potential: $75,000 – $200,000+.

What You’ll Do:

• Speak with inbound clients who have requested tax relief assistance.
• Conduct discovery calls to understand their tax situation and financial challenges.
• Qualify clients for the right resolution programs and schedule consultations.
• Follow proven scripts while building genuine connections.
• Accurately document all client interactions in our CRM system.
• Consistently meet and exceed personal and team performance goals.

What You’ll Need:

• Motivated, goal-oriented attitude with a willingness to learn.
• Excellent communication and active listening skills.
• Ability to quickly build rapport and trust over the phone.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• No prior sales experience required—full training provided.
