Sales Manager- New Custom-Home Sales

Office : Fredericksburg, VA

Our Custom Homebuilder is interviewing for a qualified (new home) Sales Manager to augment their growing business. The selected candidate will have a track record in new home construction sales, or similar (ex: modular homes, construction materials, construction business development, etc) will be considered for this opportunity.

A Regional single-family Home Builder with a small-company feel but extensive company support staff in place to help with all employee tasks at the local level.

They work in 60 offices across 12 states and work directly with the local clients to build semi-custom homes in affordable to semi-custom niche.

National volume of $750Million and has been privately owned since 1972 - this company will treat you like family but provide growth opportunities that a "family-owned" business typically can't offer.

Responsibilities

• Source potential leads from various resources ( advertising, community networking, phone calls, referrals, etc).
• Overcome objections to the sale-utilizing objection handling processes.
• Create appropriate urgency to buy & build.
• Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction by setting proper expectations at time of purchase agreement.
• Guide buyers through the design, mortgage process, sale of current home, home finishes selections process and building process to ensure a successful closing.
• Utilizing effective and proven Sales Processes to build rapport and discover buyer’s needs, ability to buy, and timing.
• Differentiate the company's homes by effectively presenting their building process. In demonstrating the value of their homes, you will need to focus on the buyers needs.
• Financially qualify buyers through a complete understanding of finance programs (conventional, FHA, VA) and tax benefits.

Compensation Overview:

* High Earning Potential in the mid-6-figures (approximately $130-150k)
