Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively seek out new business opportunities to grow zTrip’s presence and market share.
• Build and maintain relationships with local businesses, organizations, and key stakeholders to expand our network.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to execute campaigns that raise brand awareness and attract new customers.
• Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to promote zTrip and cultivate business partnerships.
• Analyze market trends to identify opportunities for growth and ensure zTrip stays ahead of competitors.
• Negotiate and secure partnerships, contracts, and agreements with prospective clients.
• Monitor and report on business development efforts, providing insights and progress updates to management.
• Nurture existing client relationships to ensure continued success and satisfaction.

What We’re Looking for:

• 1+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development (preferably within the transportation or logistics industries).
• Strong ability to develop and close business opportunities.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to build effective campaigns and partnerships.
• Self-motivated and results-driven with a passion for brand growth.
• Ability to analyze market data and trends to drive business decisions.
