Job Description

Accentuate Staffing is currently seeking a Bookkeeper for an equipment supplier looking to add to their team in Raleigh, NC. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, invoicing, and financial management. This is a full time, permanent position.

Responsibilities:

• Record and manage financial transactions
• Verify the accuracy of financial data and rectify any discrepancies.
• Handle accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) processes, including collections and rebilling.
• Manage invoicing processes, including generating, reviewing, and ensuring the accuracy of invoices.
• Maintain financial records in compliance with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP).

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field
• Proven experience as a bookkeeper, accountant, or in a similar financial role
• Extensive experience with invoicing, including creating, reviewing, and tracking payments.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks Online or QuickBooks Desktop
• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and other spreadsheet tools
• In-depth understanding of GAAP and financial practices.
• Excellent mathematical, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
