Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and serve guests in a courteous and friendly manner, ensuring prompt and efficient service in the bistro area.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and deliver them to guests promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bistro area, including tables, counters, and serving stations.
- Assist in preparing and serving food and beverages, adhering to the hotel's quality and presentation standards.
- Handle customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism and escalate issues to management when necessary.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth operations and exceptional guest satisfaction.
- Process transactions and manage billing accurately using the point-of-sale system.
- Participate in bistro setup and closing duties, ensuring all tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
- Adhere to safety, health, and sanitation standards to maintain a safe working environment.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality or customer service industry is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service and preparation.
- Must be legally able to work in the country.
