We are a small specialty coffee shop and bakery with one store in East Harlem and one
store near Columbia, and we're looking for someone to make donuts and more at our shop.

We're passionate about coffee and food and about serving our neighborhood with the
best products and service that we can. We pride ourselves on making some of the most
delicious things in New York City (we have been featured in the Infatuation, NY Times, Eater, Food
+ Wine, Martha Stewart, Oprah, Serious Eats, and many others) and are looking for
someone great to join our team.

You are a hard worker who loves to make other people happy, loves to make food, and
is good with your hands. You work well with others, are self-motivated, and kind.

What you'll do
You will learn to prepare all of our donuts from start to finish - making the doughs, making the glazes, etc. You'll also make cinnamon rolls, biscuits, hand pies, and bake off frozen french pastry.

Must be available Mondays and Tuesdays. Option to include weekends. 18-36 hours per week (2-4 days per week). Shifts are roughly 5:00a-130p. 

Duties and responsibilities

• You will learn to make the items mentioned above and possibly more;
• Fulfill orders;
• Keep pastry rack filled with pastries;
• Maintain a clean and sanitary workstation area including tables, shelves, walls, and equipment - always inspection ready;
• Manage ingredient inventory and ordering;
• Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
