Key Details:

• 100%Remote or the option to work in Santa Monica, CA
• Salary Range: $180,000 - $250,000 per year

Responsibilities:

• Manage cases from inception through trial preparation
• Handle diverse civil litigation and employment defense cases
• Take and defend depositions
• Draft and prepare legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs
• Assist in case strategy development and execution
• Participate in client meetings, depositions, and court appearances
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and team members

Work Environment:

• No formal billable hour requirement
• Flexible work-from-home environment with access to the Santa Monica office
• Must be willing to commute to court when necessary

Qualifications:

• Active membership and good standing with the California Bar
• Employment Law experience preferred
• Strong analytical, writing, and communication skills
