About This Role

We’re looking for a Associate Product Manager to help take our Gen Z dating app, nectar, to the next level. This role is perfect for someone who understands Gen Z culture, has strong creative and product instincts, and is eager to experiment, learn, and make an impact.

You’ll work closely with product, marketing, design, and engineering to launch features, run experiments, and find new ways to acquire, engage, and retain users. You’ll balance data with intuition, move quickly, and bring fresh ideas to the table.

What You’ll Do:

• Collaborate with our Product Consultant and engineering & design teams to ship product features that improve the user experience and drive growth.
• Plan and run A/B tests to learn what works and what doesn’t.
• Work with marketing to optimize in-video CTAs, landing pages, and app store presence to drive downloads.
• Support lifecycle marketing efforts (from onboarding to push notifications) that keep users engaged over time.
• Use data and user feedback to identify opportunities for product improvements.
• Contribute to brainstorming and executing social and organic growth campaigns.
• Conduct user surveys and interviews to gather qualitative insights and better understand user needs.
• Assist with the rollout of new features, ensuring a smooth launch and clear communication to users.

Who You Are:

• 1–3 years of experience in product management, growth, marketing, or a related role (internships and freelance projects count).
• Strong interest in Gen Z culture and trends.
• Familiar with how consumer apps grow, from acquisition through retention.
• Comfortable working cross-functionally and collaborating with multiple teams.
• Experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, etc.) is a plus.
• Curious, adaptable, and motivated to contribute to a fast-moving team.

Work Model

At Jubilee, we follow a hybrid work model — We’re in the El Segundo office 3 days a week and remote for 2. So, you’ll need to be local or ready to make the move!
