Researches and interprets existing laws and regulations and anticipated changes to immigration laws to guide informed decisions and reduce risk of removal/deportation.
Admitted to practice law in any US state.
Excellent writing, organizational and research skills required. Has to have graduated in top 10% of either undergraduate or law school.
Has to have at least 3 years of litigation or immigration law experience. Position requires regular appearance in Immigration Court, reliefs with immigration court in MC/IH's and USCIS for interviews.
Juris Doctorate from an accredited university. Immigration experience a plus. Diligence and organizational skills necessary.
