Position Overview:
Location: 100% Remote
Work Schedule: Part-Time & Full-Time, with flexible 1099 & W2 options
Caseload Flexibility: 10 hours/week minimum
Availability: After-school hours, evenings, and weekends are highly preferred to align with demand
Compensation: Starting at $57 per hour

About the Role:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Art Therapist to provide teletherapy services to children and families. This role offers flexibility and the chance to make a positive impact on young lives, especially those from diverse backgrounds. You'll have the opportunity to work with a pediatric population, with some limited chances to work with adults.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct teletherapy sessions and provide assessments to identify patient needs and treatment goals
Develop personalized therapeutic interventions using art therapy techniques suitable for each patient's age, condition, and unique needs
Design and implement art therapy programs for individual patients and group settings
Maintain detailed records of patient progress, treatment plans, and interactions with caregivers, educators, and medical professionals
Ensure all services meet state and federal therapy regulations
Stay current with required state and national certifications
Qualifications & Requirements:
Education: Master's Degree in Art Therapy, Creative Arts Therapy, or a related field
Licensure: LPC or LPCC, and certification as an Art Therapist (ATR) or Board-Certified Art Therapist (ATR-BC) through the Art Therapy Credentials Board (ATCB)
Experience:
At least 1 year of teletherapy experience preferred
Experience working with children as an Art Therapist is a plus
Strong knowledge of child development, therapeutic approaches, and various mental health conditions
Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication
Proficiency with teletherapy platforms (Zoom), computers, PowerPoint, and healthcare databases
Skilled in administering teletherapy assessments
Additional Notes:
Ability to work with children and families from diverse backgrounds is essential
This position does not currently offer health benefits
Flexible scheduling is available, but evening and weekend availability is encouraged to meet client needs
