Job Description

Mint Condition SLC is seeking a motivated Area Supervisor to join our team. As our Area Supervisor, you will be responsible for building and maintaining effective customer relations, providing training and support for franchisees in your territory, and achieving goals and objectives set by you and the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain effective customer relationships by consistently delivering high-quality service and addressing any customer concerns promptly and professionally.
• Provide training and support for franchisees in your territory, including conducting site visits, offering guidance on best practices, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Monitor franchisee performance and work with them to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to address any issues.
• Collaborate with other members of the Mint Condition SLC team to develop and implement strategies to grow the business and increase profitability.
• Maintain accurate records of franchisee performance and customer interactions.
• Ensure compliance with all safety, health, and environmental regulations and guidelines.

Requirements:

• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Presentable and able to build good relationships with customers and franchise owners.
• Responsible and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to use technology such as computers, tablets, and smartphones for work-related tasks.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework or a degree preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in a supervisory or management role, preferably in the commercial cleaning or related industry.
• Familiarity with franchise operations and business management.
• Experience with training and development of staff.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.

Compensation:

• Hourly rate commensurate with experience and qualifications, plus bonus. ($15-20/hour)
• Car/fuel allowance and cell phone allowance provided.
• Bonus based on a percentage of the profits from the candidate's territory.
