The Deloitte Technology Support team will give you the opportunity to provide IT service management and support to Deloitte’s employees, assist with technology deployments, support client-facing sessions and document processes. You will also have the chance to develop your troubleshooting and organizational skills in a vibrant environment while learning various technologies and being comfortable to talk about them.
The IT Solutions Delivery team is the internal-facing services team of the firm. Our subject matter experts in digital solutions use scalable and innovative technologies to provide efficient responses to day-to-day demands and challenges our business teams are facing, saving our firm time, resources and cost. As a co-op/intern within Solutions Delivery, you will be involved in Emerging technology initiatives like Intelligent Automation, Artificial Intelligence and Cognitive technologies. You could be involved in any aspect of the software development lifecycle or proof of concepts which might include business or system analysis, development & testing, project coordination, as well as research and documentation.
The Technology and Operations co-op/intern will work with our Cloud infrastructure and DevSecOps teams within Technology & Infrastructure. The candidate will be assisting with operational duties across datacenters, servers, applications, databases, operating systems, and security/patching systems. This individual will also assist with the lifecycle of automated DevSecOps release pipelines which deliver tooling for next generation application development and on-going cloud operations.
The Technology Business Management co-op/intern will help drive a dynamic blend of strategic and operational tasks. You will collaborate with various teams to drive IT strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and optimizing IT financial management. Your day might start with analysing financial data to support budgeting and forecasting activities, followed by participating in change management initiatives to facilitate smooth transitions during technology deployments. You will also engage in developing and executing communication plans to keep stakeholders informed about IT projects and changes. Throughout the day, you will have opportunities to enhance your organizational and analytical skills, work with cutting-edge technologies, and contribute to the documentation of processes and best practices. This role will provide you with a comprehensive understanding of how IT strategy and financial management are integral to the success of the firm, while also allowing you to develop your technical and professional skills in a collaborative and innovative environment.

In this role, the expected qualifications are:
The salary range for this position is $48,500.00 - $55,000.00, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
