Job Title: Accounts Payable Clerk / AP Processor (Data Entry)

Location: Universal City, CA
Duration: 3 Months Contract
Employment Type: W2
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday | 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Industry : Media & Entertainment (Studio Production Services)

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years & High School Diploma

  • An entry-level clerical support position requiring familiarity with data entry and keyboard functions

  • Passion for data

  • Ability to prioritize projects and ad-hoc requests

  • Excellent attention to detail

  • Spreadsheet experience

  • Experience with billing systems/applications

  • Tolerance for ambiguity and the ability to adapt to a quickly changing business environment

Responsibilities

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities, and check output

  • Compile, sort, and verify the accuracy of information to prepare source data for entry into billing applications

  • Research and obtain further information for incomplete or incorrect entries

  • Support Operations teams with daily tasks

  • May enter data into formatted or unformatted screens and/or documents

  • Performs routine data entry functions and assists with simple formatting tasks following established policies

  • Works under immediate supervision
